Hulu Acquires Twofour’s Queer Dating Series for “Hulu Has Pride” LGBTQ+ Celebration

Hulu has made a groundbreaking acquisition by securing the rights to Twofour’s queer dating series, I Kissed A Boy. The show, which originally aired in the U.K. in 2023, will make its debut on the popular streaming platform on June 15 as part of Hulu’s “Hulu Has Pride” LGBTQ+ month-long celebration.

Hosted by Danni Minogue, I Kissed A Boy was the U.K.’s first-ever gay dating show, breaking new ground in the reality TV genre. The series has received critical acclaim for its innovative approach and will now have a global audience as it premieres on Hulu.

In addition to Hulu, other international networks such as TV2 Echo, TV2 Play, TVNZ, 10Play, VMI, and YES have also picked up the show, showcasing its widespread appeal and impact.

Tom Clark of ITV Studios expressed excitement about bringing I Kissed A Boy to a global audience, highlighting the show’s transition into a global reality brand. The package deal with Hulu also includes other popular shows like An Audience with Kylie and Selling Super Houses.
